That's everything I need. I'm not asking for your phone number — the report comes back by email, so a number would be data I collect and never use.

I'm not going to promise you a deadline I haven't measured. This is a one-person shop and the honest answer is "as soon as I've actually looked at it." If you need it by a particular day, say so in a reply and I'll tell you straight whether I can.
If I can't reach your site, you'll hear that too. Sites behind logins, firewalls or aggressive bot protection can't be checked this way, and I'd rather tell you than send you a report full of blanks.
A score out of 100. Scored against what? Every tool that gives you a number is inventing the scale. I'd rather show you the broken link.
"Your site is 40% slower than competitors." I can't measure your competitors and neither can anyone who tells you that.

The audit reads publicly available pages. It doesn't log in, submit forms, or change anything on your site. It's not a penetration test, a legal compliance review, or an accessibility certification, and the report says so on its face. Findings name the observation and its limits, so you can check my work or hand it to whoever maintains the site.
