Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Jaraf Digital Systems Agency for website projects, website maintenance, audits, consulting, digital systems work, and related services unless a signed agreement or invoice says otherwise.

Client agreements, statements of work, invoices, and written project terms control if they conflict with this general policy.

Project Deposits and Retainers

Deposits, retainers, setup fees, discovery fees, audit fees, and initial project payments reserve time and begin work. Once work has started, these payments are generally non-refundable because they cover planning, strategy, design, development, consultation, communication, and reserved production time.

Completed Work and Service Time

Payments for completed work, delivered files, design time, development time, consulting, audits, troubleshooting, content setup, integrations, technical support, or other service labor are generally non-refundable.

If a project is canceled after work begins, Jaraf may bill for work completed, time spent, third-party costs, and any unpaid approved scope through the cancellation date.

Third-Party Costs

Domain names, hosting, licenses, plugins, themes, email tools, payment processor fees, stock assets, subscriptions, or other third-party costs are usually non-refundable once purchased, activated, registered, or billed by the provider.

Monthly Care Plans

Monthly care plans may be canceled by written notice unless a separate agreement sets a different term. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Partial-month or prorated refunds are not provided unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Unused included edit time does not roll over unless a written care plan agreement says otherwise.

Billing Issues

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Jaraf within 14 days of the invoice or payment date with your name, business name, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue. We will review the concern and respond in good faith.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause active services while the issue is reviewed.

No Waiver of Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or legal remedies that may apply under law. Where required by law, legal requirements will control.
