This Return / Refund Policy explains how Jaraf Digital Systems Agency handles cancellations, returns, and refunds for digital services purchased through our website or by direct agreement. The current website and privacy policy indicate a service-based business model with contact inquiries, email collection, and service payments rather than physical product sales, so this policy is written for services and digital work rather than shipped goods.

1. No Physical Returns
Jaraf Digital Systems Agency primarily provides digital services and does not generally sell physical goods through this website. Because of that business structure, physical product return rules usually do not apply unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
2. Deposits and Upfront Payments
Deposits, retainers, setup fees, strategy fees, discovery fees, and other upfront payments are generally non-refundable once work has been scheduled, research has begun, time has been reserved, or project setup has started. This is especially important for service businesses where labor, planning, and calendar allocation begin before final delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
A duplicate payment was made in error.
Jaraf is unable to begin the project and no meaningful work has been performed.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Jaraf agrees in writing that a partial or full refund is appropriate under the specific circumstances.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, the following are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided:
Custom website design or redesign work.
Development, setup, configuration, automation, or implementation services.
Branding, graphics, copy, strategy, consulting, or research services.
Maintenance, support, troubleshooting, or hourly work already performed.
Digital deliverables, files, or completed milestone work already sent or made available.
5. Client Cancellations
If you cancel a project after payment and before completion, any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed, time already reserved, third-party costs already incurred, and the terms of the applicable proposal or invoice.
In many cases, work performed up to the cancellation date will be billed or retained from amounts already paid, and only any unused portion, if any, may be eligible for refund.
6. Subscription, Maintenance, or Recurring Services
If Jaraf offers recurring services such as maintenance, hosting coordination, retainers, ongoing support, or monthly service plans, cancellation will generally stop future billing going forward, but charges for the current billing period are typically non-refundable once that billing period has started unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date.
7. Revisions Instead of Refunds
Because Jaraf provides custom digital services, reasonable revisions or corrective work may be offered in place of a refund where appropriate and where the work remains within the originally agreed scope.
Refund requests will not be granted simply because preferences changed, expected business results were not achieved, or a client decided not to use the delivered work after completion.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact Jaraf first so we have an opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Improper or abusive chargebacks for validly delivered services may be disputed with supporting documentation, including agreements, messages, invoices, time records, and proof of delivery.
9. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, please allow a reasonable processing period for the payment provider and financial institution to complete the transaction. Actual timing may vary depending on the payment method and provider used. The privacy policy currently notes that payments may be processed through third-party providers, so refund timing may depend partly on those providers.
